I am founder and CEO of Nauroz Designer collection and looking after the complete value chain of brand.Previously I have had the opportunity to lead the CD role in Unilever Pakistan from April 2002-June 2009. I have also managed the retail operations of SSC in various Districts as DM. At WARDA from 2013-2017 I had developed and managed the business from 500 Mil to 4 Bill by opening 100 outlets company owned and (Franchises) within the country and abroad. We managed a team of 8 DM's and 500 team members in the retail network. I also worked as GM operations for Royal tag as Consultant for developing their retail team along with its network strategy.I have also worked for Sefam Pvt. Ltd as Head of Integrated Retail Bareeze Man and The Entertainer UK (Toy Business ) from 2017-2019 and developed and managed their network through expansions.
