Responsible for Shell Petrol Pumps projects across South Punjab (Multan) Region including:• Conducted CAPEX program on agreed outcomes to meet Shell expectations while supporting engineering & project management for new Shell retail sites and renovation of existing sites.• Proactively executing planning and construction of new Shell stations from conceptualization, design, construction to completion. Successfully opening stations for the public in liaison with vendors, partners, support staff and relevant government authorities.• Coordinating with Country Program Manager in managing yearly programs, while handling Field Engineers, Project Engineers, Design team for site delivery. • Preparation of project proposal for top management for conceptual approval that includes cost estimate, feasibility, planning and submitting plan for contracting and subdivision of different jobs.• Supervise execution of mechanical erection jobs including storage tanks, piping, heat exchangers and evaporators for sugar mills.• Study of projects specifications and drawing and coordination with supervisors/workers for execution of work as per drawing.• Preparation of Daily Progress Reports and quality documents and updating them in project file for Third Party Inspection.• Coordination with Third Party Inspector (TPI) / Authorized Inspector (AI) or Client for inspection regarding Hold & Witness Points etc.• Inspection of incoming material which include verification of material through MTCs.• Review of relevant WPS / PQR and Welder’s qualification test reports in accordance with ASME Sec.
