Service Technician EC (Engineering Chemistry).Corrosion Chemical and tools Handling.- Dealing with Corrosion Inhibitors such as the oil based and water based, Scale Inhibitors and Biocide.- These chemical are used for preservation of assets such as well tubings, Separators, Storage tanks for asset integrity department KUWAIT - SAUDI JOINT OPERATIONS. - Pump preservation- POOH tubing inspection from the wells which were previously treated with diesel for pitting corrosion and general corrosion.- Sample collection from sub centres assets through P&Id diagram for lab analysis of residual and salinity of the injected treated water. (Treated water is the water treated with corrosion inhibitors and/or biocide at required ppm).Currently working in JO (Kuwait Saudi Joint operations) process crude analysis lab. The following are the roles.- perform crude oil analysis for crude coming from various process in the JO according to ASTM standards.-Submission and maintainance of analysis report through LIMS (LAB. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM).

- Lead a team of 3 including, unit driver and technician.- Open work permit from the Gathering Centers where the well to be maintained is located, based on the handover given by KOC.- Locate the assigned well and make a visual test and note the flow line, wellhead and shut in pressures.-Test each of the valves of the Xmas tree to see if there is passing in any of the valves.-Flush each valves of the Xmas tree to remove any sand or corrosion and soften the old grease in the valves.-Greasing or lubrication of the valves to seal any deformities and to enable smooth opening and closing of the valves.-Maintenance of GC line and BOP valve.-Maintenance of Passing valves by injecting high pressure grease or sealant to block the passing.-Ensure the work is under strict HSE norms.WELL INTEGRITY TEST/VALVE PASSING SERVICE- Perform test on the required valve by shutting it and opening all other valves.- Inject water or flush liquid to check if the valve holds the liquid at its working pressure either through the tree cap or directly through grease injection point of the valve.-Inject the valve sealant into the valve till it holds the flushing liquid / water at its working pressure and no drop down is observed - Make the pressure - time chart for the valve by making a three way connection between the pump, valve and the Barton chart instrument.CHEMICAL INJECTION PUMP-Installation -Calibration -Monitoring-TroubleshootingOf DC and AC chemical pumps for scale inhibition and demulsification of crude oil.Gas lift projectKOC APPROVED SAFETY OFFICER FOR THE PROJECT.

Safety engineer for gas lift operations at KOC under contract with Fawares Petroleum Services Company.

-Supervision of each Batch of nuts produced during the shift.-Hourly inspection of each SKUs packed on the machine.-Inspection is done for top, bottom and vertical sealing leakage and the oxygen level inspection.-Maintaining of checklists of Machine Temperature, Retail and Production checklists.-Preparation of samples for each shipment that is due and sending a signed and qc approval for loading of the shipment.-Total Quality Management of all the products that are out bond.-Strict compliance with HACCP standards and ISO standards.
