Working as Maintenance manager at JAC , A Jordanian MRO with Jordanian and international approvals to perform maintenance on Boeing 737 and L382 ( C130 ) aircraft ( Up To C-Checks ) . Managing resources , technical manpower, and planning work schedules for maintenance actions while observing Company MOE and international CAA regulations. Additionally responsible for running Line station services at Queen Alia International airport responsible for serving international flights and performing maintenance tasks relating to this work .

• 4 years of experience as a Project Manager of RJAF AS332 Super Puma 12 year inspection facility (Grande Visite), resulting in a $ 3 Million saving per aircraft inspection and the establishment of an excellent maintenance facility and trained manpower within RJAF which have become a Benchmark for future projects both in workmanship, quality and efficiency. responsibilities included:  - Interviewing and selecting team members based on skills , personal qualities, and commitment -Leader of negotiations for the contract covering the complete program of the 12 year inspection ( both at the manufacturer facility and “in country” phases ) -Supervising the performance of the inspection and training of technical team at the Manufacturer’s facility Including daily appraisal of work required, man-hours, pricing of activities, review of documentation and approval of engineering works.  -Designing and supervising the construction of new facility in Jordan including support shops and infrastructure (including maintenance stands, fixtures and support equipment) to facilitate the performance of the maintenance.  -Establishment of a comprehensive Quality Assurance program covering works performed documentation, training, receipt of material, ground testing, and flight testing in line with internationally acceptable standards. -Planning and scheduling for the inspection of the remainder of the fleet in Jordan.  -Complete control over logistics and supply of spares and consumables. -Daily supervision of work performed whilst maintaining deadlines. -Maintenance of aircraft records and documents as set by manufactures recommendation. -Production of work reports and delivery documents of the Aircraft.  -Delivery of First “In country” Aircraft on time after inspection with the highest quality standards both in workmanship and documentation. Second and third aircraft are on schedule  -Producing financial report of expenditure.

2 year experience as Chief of Maintenance at RJAF Air Lift Wing , responsible for all maintenance activities relating to a fleet of around 50 Aircraft including helicopters ( Super Puma , Huey , EC135 and Blackhawks ) , fixed wing ( C130 , CASA295 , Cessna Caravan ) and RPV ( S100) . Managing manpower of more 250 engineers and technicians and the maintenance program (daily, periodical, and depot level) for all types of aircraft used and scheduling resources to meet different types of missions profiles.5 years of experience as Jet Engine Intermediate Maintenance’s Chief of Maintenance responsible for engine overhaul, health monitoring and maintenance. Leading a team that participated in increasing the MTBF (mean time between failures) for J85 engines in RJAF fleet by over 30% in one year. Also leading a team which succeeded in recovering 30 engines after extended periods of storage. Lead teams of investigations into various engines accident events. Always exploring new possibilities to train manpower and enhance facility capability and maintenance envelope.

• 3 years of experience as a supply and logistics manager responsible for management and supply for spares parts and consumables required for a fleet of over 50 F5 Aircraft and over 100 J85 Engines in addition to the spares required for support Third Line shops such as Aircraft Components Maintenance Depot and Radar and COM/NAV shops. • Concurrently managed RJAF FMS cases (management of Foreign Military Sales agreement) with US defense authorities financed by both National Fund and US Military Aid Program. Total budget managed was around $ 500 Million over 3 years. Included control of spare supply contracts for various aircraft, and being involved in preparing contracts for the acquisition of new weapon systems / equipment.

• 5 years of experience as a technical instructor at RJAF technical college .Training RJAF new technical recruits in Airframe, Engine and other specialties. Responsible for creating study curriculums for engineering courses approved by Jordan Ministry of Higher Education. A member of the examination board for the Engineering Diploma program in Jordan (both Theoretical and Engineering Lab courses).

3 years of experience as a flight line maintenance officer in charge of daily flight activities and resulting maintenance action in an airbase. Responsible for planning daily flight program whilst maintain a good long term maintenance schedule and achieving best utilization of aircraft and material resources
