 Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and advertising Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences Develop pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales and revenue Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, such as travel agents, hotels, and tourism boards

 Manage logistics operations including, transportation, inventory, and distribution. Coordinate with Production and marketing team for timely delivery, order management, and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Improve logistics processes to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. Liaison with freight forwarders and shipping lines: Communicate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to arrange shipment schedules, monitor freight rates, and resolve issues related to delivery. Provide customer support: Provide customer support to international customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to product quality, delivery, and documentation.

 Provide training and counseling to factory workers on labor rights, safety, and health issues Develop and implement training programs for workers and management on labor standards and best practices Conduct workshops and seminars for workers and management on topics such as diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, and workplace communication Address worker grievances and concerns through counseling and mediation Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies to provide additional resources and support for workers Work closely with factory management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and respectful work environment for all employees Monitor compliance with local labor laws and international labor standards Ensure fair wages and working hours for factory workers Prevent exploitation of workers, such as child labor and forced labor Improve communication between factory management and workers Educate workers on their rights and benefits Conduct training sessions on labor standards and best practices Promote ethical and sustainable practices in the textile industry
