Talent Acquisition Sourcer
-Identifies suitable candidates, both active and passive, for open requisitions within the Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Sourcer I assist with the preliminary phase of the selection process and screening qualified candidates to get them interested in moving forward in the recruitment process.-Developed a talent pipeline by forging and nurturing positive relationships across the talent pool in the communicates we serve, utilizing traditional and creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates-Attracted potential employees by sourcing talent via phone, email and in person from external job/resume boards, schools, churches, competitors, other local community sources
