Shore Group Inc
Designed, configured, installed, and certified CISCO Wireless LANs. I was specifically responsible for Harlem Hospital, Ossing School District, and Chapin all Girls School's wireless LAN conversion which were completed under budget and under the dead line for completion. Harlem Hospital performed initial site surveys for wireless LAN with a 200 node network, supporting 8,000 seats, using AutoCAD, Excel, and Cisco Secure Access Control Server as design and engineering software. Installed, certified, tested, all access points and cell boundaries, ensured wireless LAN met compliance with 2002 HIPPA requirements, setup VLAN, IP schema and bandwidth allocation per client, established full duplex microwave and laser links to remote sites, designed and configured routing, bandwidth allocation, and access lists. Designed, configured, and installed wireless LAN in excess of 100 access points and 500 seats for Ossing School district, handled offsite monitoring, troubleshooting, and remote re configuration. Set up, configured and tested 65 node wireless LAN for Chapin Girls School, Manhattan, covering 200 Apple notebooks and 12 Apple Servers, with 100 percent coverage over building divided into 4 VLAN's due to network access.
