As a Data Operations and Performance Reporting Director, I served as the technical lead for EMEA-based teams on BI tools and proprietary applications.My responsibilities included defining and enforcing data governance processes, ensuring compliance with taxonomy and naming conventions, designing and implementing data visualization, and overseeing the delivery of media performance and investment reporting through scheduled outputs and interactive dashboards utilizing Salesforce's Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Tableau.I also coordinated and led an offshore team of 14 FTEs, collaborated with the Client Solutions/Consulting team and the US Marketing Intelligence team to provide top-notch delivery for client data and reporting needs. As a HRIS analyst I worked with clients to understand their data needs for annual updates to their Total Reward statement (TRS) portals. I validated and manipulated data to meet the requirements of both the clients and third-party vendors. One notable project involved coordinating the delivery of data sets from HR leads across 18 countries, examining and validating the data, and loading it into Access and SQL databases. I also conducted QA testing on the portal, directed user acceptance testing, and diagnosed any errors before the portal was put into production. After the portal went live, I tracked staff usage and observed a company-wide increase compared to the previous year, as well as successful adoption in Russia, a region that had previously had low usage
