I am a motivated and passionate organizational psychologist with comprehensive work experience of project management and research at an Edtech startup, as well as of talent management, learning and organizational development for technology based startups and a leading ICT firm. Guided by my deeply held beliefs in integrity, compassion and collaboration, on a usual day at work I am actively identifying skill gaps through learning need analysis, deploying innovative learning and development interventions, designing positive and productive employee experiences, and enabling an agile, inclusive and conducive to learning organizational culture. Being an empathetic and result driven team leader and a detail oriented, energetic and process driven team player, I excel at reforming and restructuring people operations by leveraging analytics, crafting meaningful employee touchpoints, generating cross-functional collaborative experiences and applying iterative empathy and engagement principles.Alongside I am juggling and struggling with my passion project, “The Psych Lab”, an online platform in process which aims to simplify psychology, stream minds and shape community by offering a multitude of psychological services to better psychological well-being for both individuals and groups. While on remaining occasions I am found in nooks with books reading fiction and facts, discovering poetry and rhyming randomly as well written passages, poems or prose is my kryptonite.
