- Managing Branchless Banking Corporate, G2P, P2G, B2C, B2B Partnerships for disbursements & collections. Also Super- Agency for ADCs. - Managing Merchant Acquisition (QR & ECom)- Nano lending project manager.- Acting as legal counsel for all the legal matters & contract management for Operations Department -- - Acting as local compliance officer/business owner (for Group compliance activities) for Operations department for all the 3rd party business due diligence.

Business and Operations:• Manage and render support to business team (MFS) in initiating, completion and operational of new projects / ventures of branchless banking corporate client portfolio including P2G/G2P/P2B collection and disbursement services, retail channel, ADCs, QR, POS, DR, BVS, etc.• Responsible to work in line with group and the Bank compliance teams in order to conduct due diligence of all business partners in accordance with group (VEON) policies• Manage operations and e-commerce (PGW) work force for day to day operations of current and upcoming ventures• Liaison with regulatory authorities and group compliance in seeking approvals, if any, for new projects of MFS• Team lead – high risk account opening committee of the Bank to ensure all operational and legal modalities in accordance with applicable laws and group compliance• Team lead – Nano Lending Project, a State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) initiative for digitalization of microfinance loans for branchless banking businessLegal:• Responsible to ensure all operational and commercial modalities in all agreements and to initiate initial outline of standard agreements of branchless banking including agency, collections, disbursements, MOUs, LOIs, in accordance with applicable laws/regulations• Review and negotiate agreements in line with the solution/services in coordination with Legal and the other party involved• Render support to ensure compliance with applicable laws/regulations and VEON policies in Toto for successful completion of existing/new ventures of MFS• Managed development of customized agreement (booklets) for difference services including PGW, collection and disbursement, QR, DR, etc. in close coordination with legal department• Liaison with regulatory authorities including the State Bank of Pakistan and the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan in connection with approvals/reporting for branchless banking business

• Prepared monthly/weekly risk management dash boards, cost of deposit analysis & liquidity risk report consisting of Assets and deposit ratio analysis and concentration risk across the banking regions and branch wise.• Prepared risk reports and their analysis for higher management review• Prepared and maintained monthly goldsmith and other concentration analysis reports for collateralized loan portfolio for higher management review.• Conducted all SBP reporting requirements with respect to Agri Returns (monthly, quarterly, semi-yearly and yearly basis),RCOA – Reporting Chart of Accounts (Quarterly report) in coordination with finance department of the Bank and monthly ECIB reports..• Reviewed Loan Applications from all branches and accord approvals/recommendations for further processing/sanctioning of loan.• Risk review of BRDs for new products & system updates. Prepared training presentations and materials for Risk department as and when required.

• Worked as Relationship Manager (Branchless Banking Division) with the assigned bank (all branches of Standard Chartered Bank Rawalpindi & Islamabad)• Client Relationship management, to mobilized Sales via dedicated SCB’s Relationship Managers and Sales Officers.• Business Development, looking after Area Sales, Marketing and Training as assigned for product training of Relationship Managers & Bancassurance Sales Teams.• Monitored Banc assurance performance as measures to achieve budgeted KPI’s.
