As a Production Engineer with a computer science degree from MIT and over five years of experience as a PE in Meta I have a passion for building and improving large-scale distributed systems.At Meta, I worked on the Messaging Infrastructure and POSIX Storage teams, leading and contributing to impactful projects that enhanced the reliability, efficiency, and performance of the backend infrastructure services and web technologies. I also demonstrated strong leadership in incident management, roadmap planning and execution, and team culture development. Some of my achievements include spearheading the deprecation and decommissioning efforts of a storage service nearing end-of-life and introducing several automation and optimization solutions that improved developer experience, ensured uniform server configurations, and migrated large volumes of data. My leadership is characterized by empathy, a commitment to fostering self-ownership, and a strong focus on teamwork. I've had the privilege of mentoring several engineers and facilitating their professional growth and development, having guided numerous engineers through Meta's bootcamp program, the Discover Production Engineering (DPE) program, as well as the internship program. This experience has reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration and the importance of building solid relationships within a team.I am always eager to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and make a positive impact in the organizations I work with!
