I'm working on Artificial Intelligence consulting services. Helping businesses identify where AI could make them more efficient, more profitable, or open up new revenue streams, and then helping them implement AI through strategies, operating models, and change management programs. AI services also support integrating AI solutions into core business functions and processes. Besides focusing on AI consulting services, I advise on Data & Analytics solutions, functional and technological architectures, and general data-based solutions for innovation.

I led a team of Data Architects responsible for delivering the Data & Analytics architecture foundations for SONAE MC. As a mission, we had to plan the phase-ins, phase-outs, and maintenance of our architectural components (for both hardware and software). Moreover, we were responsible for choosing adequate technological solutions for our data & analytics landscape while enforcing the working methodologies, data policies, and strategic decisions to ensure the proper data management for the organization.As a star project, we've implemented the foundations for the Data Lake (Azure and Databricks supported) for SONAE MC.

As a Senior Data & Analytics Architect, I was responsible for ensuring the proper design of data-based solutions throughout the organization. Such solutions were designed considering their need to scale and operate in a complex and challenging retail environment while ensuring cost-effectiveness.The main technological stack was Azure and Databricks.
