In this role, I have leveraged my skills in reporting and data analysis to study and analyze client data and purchases with the use of Power BI, DAX Functions, and SQL.I am proud to say that I have achieved several accomplishments during my time at Natural Spark, including being awarded three times for top performance, receiving multiple appreciation awards, achieving the highest productivity in unfavorable conditions, successfully training new associates, and implementing new strategies for business development during the pandemic. In addition to my entrepreneurial experience, I have also worked as a Senior Analyst at WNS Global Services from 2003 to 2014. In this role, I was responsible for automating processes using MS Excel, generating reports and dashboards, analyzing data and reporting, training new associates to increase their productivity and accuracy, and handling complex market research projects individually. I also managed a team and allocated work based on the strengths and skills of team members, resulting in quicker and more effective project completion.Throughout my career, I have developed a diverse set of skills, including critical thinking, lead generation, customer service, client education, brand management, Excel macros, report generation, and PowerPoint presentations.
