Co-found and lead from the idea conception through raising capital, development, market validation and legal processes. We created a secure share-money platform connected to the Mexican payment infrastructure and banks to allow financial access in remote communities though local stores. I built strategic relationships with other companies to expand our reach, create innovative payment solutions and test our technology through white label products. Our white label products and consulting projects help financing the company for up to 50% of the capital needed (about seven million pesos). Walabi is one of the first fintech products under the authorization process by CNBV, Banxico and Mexican fiscal authority and would become part of the first generation of approved fintech platforms.

I was selected as one of the first Product Owners at BBVA Bancomer to lead the digital transformation with SCRUM methodologies. I lead form ideation until product launching the loyalty app, Vida Bancomer, the first of the then-newest generation of apps.

I lead the renovation and re-launching of 2014's Bancomer móvil app version, the then-and-now #1 mobile banking app in Mexico. Along with other fintech projects, I set the bases in coordination with Madrid for BBVA Wallet, a customized versión of the spanish BBVA app for payments and card management.

I work my way from the bottom of the company to become chief of engineering while in college. My role, at the end, was to define the best technology alternative to treat a water stream depending on the influent water, output quality desired, regulations and size. Previously, I was part of the accounting team, the sales team, I worked on the field with the deployment team and did water quality testings.
