Software Developer, Tier 3
Current- Technical support for the overall technology infrastructure supporting Voice and Web based platforms and ensuring all systems maintain high availability and performance at all times.- Keep the network functioning; diagnose and solve network problems quickly and effectively- Configure and set-up firewalls, routers, cache-servers, and other network front-end equipment- Implement sub-networks, access control, and develop internal network as needed- Keep the production environment functioning and hardened against unauthorized intrusion- Develop monitoring strategies and integrate them to improve problem diagnosis and resolution- Provide guidance to developers and office systems support staff on network/environment issues- Add / change / decommission environment components as needed- Build / rebuild / configure operation systems and system software components as needed- Add / change / decommission network and server components as needed- Design internal network for stability, performance, and security- Participate effectively in the change control and other management processes- Maintain diagrams and other documentation on the current detail state of the network
