● Leading 3 teams in the Infrastructure operations Dept. (Enterprise Services, Virtualization & Hardware and B2B Hosting services teams).● Managing all Microsoft infrastructure servers, systems and all windows server platform for the whole company, including MS Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, System Center Suite, Business applications, etc., as a part of Enterprise services.● Managing and responsible for Microsoft Enterprise agreement and Premier Support agreement.● Managing and responsible for Citrix XenApp, XenMobile as a part of Enterprise services.● Managing and responsible for all infrastructure virtualization including Hyper-V, VMware and Acropolis hypervisor (AHV) as a part of Virtualization & Hardware team.● Managing and responsible for converged and hyper-converged infrastructure including DELLEMC V-Block and Nutanix boxes as a part of Virtualization & Hardware team.● Managing and responsible for E-mail & Web hosting services and public cloud IaaS solutions for external customers as a part of B2B Hosting services teams.● Planning, designing, implementing SaaS services including E-mail, web and education solutions for external customers.● Planning, designing, implementing IaaS & PaaS services to Etisalat end customers.● Planning, designing, implementing the multi-tenant hosting infrastructure, the provisioning solutions and self-services.● Develop and present proof-of-concepts for key decision makers.● Capacity planning for hosting and B2B infrastructure.● Explain team goals and objectives to assigned team members and assist team in organizing to accomplish work.● Defining OLAs with other teams and support the commercial team to set end to end support processes & SLAs for new hosting & cloud services.● Observe training needs and relay training needs and requests to the top management.● Participate in setting up annual plan, budget, and objectives for the Infrastructure team.

I was responsible for the following:● Microsoft signed Agreements (Enterprise & SPLA).● Hosted exchange project implementation, Administration, backup.● The company Active Directory Domain based on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and the other internal infrastructure such as DHCP, DNS.● Messaging system by implementing and administrating Exchange server 2007.● Internal Infrastructure security by implementing and administrating ISA server 2006.● Monitoring and tuning performance of servers and applications.● Capacity planning for servers and storage.● Designing and implementation of IT usage policies and assure compliance.● Manage Enterprise team members’ activities.● Setting up annual plan and objectives for Enterprise Services Team.

I was responsible for all workstations, communications and other network equipment. Support Microsoft networks. Manage, implement & configure the network infrastructure such, DHCP & Network protocols in addition to administrating & Maintain and support all communication equipment and applications.
