Key Responsibilities o Support and Operate Security Services and offers provided to a vast number of Customers worldwide to secure high quality levels and almost 100% service availability.o Act as Second level of support and deliver different security services management aspects: incident, change, release, capacity, and vulnerability management.o Resolve service incidents by troubleshooting & solving reported faults.o Perform service changes by assessing risk and implementing reported change requests.o Resolve service problems by performing root cause analysis and designing action plans for unknown errors reported through: Problem Management Dashboard, Monitoring Alarms, Proactive Trouble Tickets, Incidents, or authorized signed emails.o Monitor & validate alarms coming from intrusion sensors and identify real and false alarms.o Qualify and solve incidents by analysing application-level traffic, tracking and investigating intrusions through manual event correlation.o Escalate technically major security events & incidents to security senior engineers to empower it with better technical skills and more investigation.o Perform routine actions to help manage and optimize IPS security policies.o Perform solution releases by authorizing & validating changes, upgrades, updates, patches and migrations as well as implementing it.o Maintain Security Solutions Configuration Management up-to-date by adding/modifying CI as implied by incident, change, & release processes.o Manage customers (internal and external) calls and provide them with regular as per each of the service support processes.o Perform SIPs actions led by Senior Security Engineers and update the action plan of the SIP.o Perform Technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion.o Mentor newcomers and security associate as well as SOC 1 and provide them with guidance and technical advice

Key Responsibilitieso Consult support of data networks, Cisco firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, Website Filtering devices, Cisco Admission Control, Remote Access, Intrusion Prevention system and any network appliance.o Consult with staff and supervises on the best security practices.o Develop a clear disaster recovery plan enabling the organization to recover from any unexpected failures.o Provide management with risk assessments and security briefings to advise them of critical issues that may affect the computers or corporate security objectives.o Evaluate new security software and hardware that will enhance the network environment.o Risk Analyst responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities.o Analyze systems to determine effectiveness and inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvements.o Evaluate and certify new technologies or new versions of existing products.o Document all changes to system security for auditing purposes.o Reviews work and installation progress for accuracy, adherence to network design, and conformance to telecommunications standards.o Ensure that security requests (Service Desk tickets) have proper (business unit owner) approval.o Train IT security administrators to carry on the job.

Key Responsibilitieso Manage day to day operational cyber security tasks to maintainoptimum business security.o Work closely with other members of the team to ensure the technology,security policies and procedures are in place to safeguard the business.o Develop, maintain, and support the organization’s network and IT securitysystems including managing firewalls, responding to security incidents andanalyzing security breathes.o Responsible for identifying external and internal threats, includinginvestigating and documenting security incidents, making recommendationsfor fixes, and implementing those fixes where applicable.o Working on several cyber security projects including the roll out of newsecurity measures across the businesso Monitor data feeds for threats and take appropriate action when required.o Analyze data to determine any developing threat patterns.o Install and operate firewall and data encryption software to protect sensitivebusiness information.o Support the technical implementation of ongoing security requirements,including access control and technical audits.o Analyze and identify potential threats to fine tune the existing securitymonitoring platforms.o Plan for worst case disaster recovery and create contingency plans in the eventof a security breach.o Create, maintain, and review security policies and controls across the business,in line with business needs.o Generate weekly reports to document new security implementations,improvements that have been made, and security breathes including the levelof damage that was caused.o Create and deliver training to colleagues on new preventative measures andfixes.
