 Participation in installation of new Chinese extractor with capacity of 1200ton/day crushing soybean with foreign experts and member of startup team. Responsible for continues process optimization. Support and assist maintenance team in troubleshooting difficultbreakdowns and chronic equipment failures and supervising maintenanceteam at night shift. Lead team of supervisors, technicians and workers to achieve productionplan with high quality and minimum downtimes. Planning for factory shutdown tasks and implementing in time. Studying minimize losses by controlling the process and improving processquality. Reporting to plant manager directly. Monitoring all raw material and power (electricity, diesel, water …)consumption and control it to reach optimum point. Monitoring performance of machines and team work.

 Planning for production (annually, monthly and weekly) depending on salesforecast, using the available resources to achieve the maximum capacity ofthe equipments. Preparing production reportsdaily, weekly, monthly and specific reports tothe management. Responsible for production of different types of special dryers, antifoamingagents, dispersing agents and other special additives. Design and operation of some equipment (vessels, heat exchangers andpipelines). Solving technical problems facing production and find the most suitableand cheapest solutions and faster.
