My role was to manage and keep track of all the count and quality of the products. I tested the quality by conducting tests for example pressure, drop, vibration, and leak tests for the jerrycan and crate products which were produced by the blow and injection molding machine. My first role was to familiarize myself with the different departments in the company. I pursued real activities in production management, design, and manufacturing. I spent significant amount of time learning into depth the work flow. Then, I was exposed to a real problem-solving case.I showed efficient commitment and the company had actual returns by improving the productivity of a hot-product manufactured in ITALTECH (Miniature Circuit Breaker).
