Managing the operational projects at corporate office and subsidiaries which involve (but not limited to) the mobilization of the resource to the Oil & Gas fields, servicing the Oil & Gas pipelines, arranging field surveys and field verifications.Involved in new contracts review.Review assigned budget from sales.Planning and coordination of all onsite activities.Ensure all project related info is entered in ERP system once handover is done from sales department.Plan internal kick off meetings with internal different departments to agree on the project execution plan.Plan external kick off meetings with client to agree upon plan and scope of work and any related tasks.Request tasks to tool management department and follow up on the preparation of the required tools for each project until delivery.Follow up with logistics team to ensure all tools are shipped to project destination within the planned time frame according to project plan.Create Purchase requisitions when required.Obtain written approvals from clients prior to site work & have focal point identified from client side prior to mobilization of personnel and equipment.Follow up on invoice approvals, Payment milestones /Invoicing.

- Responsible for Designing, developing, installing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control drilling process and machinery operation.- Ensure that all instrumentation equipment on all EDC rigs are maintained and repaired in a timeout manner.- Installation, calibration and troubleshooting of ultrasonic level sensors, Pressure transducers, Temperature sensors, H2S sensors and flammable gases sensors.- Installation and troubleshooting of Honeywell and dragger H2S gas detection systems.- Calibration of pressure gauges and electric meters as per EDC Standards.- Installation, Maintenance, Calibration, of hydraulic systems and gauges.- Data Acquisition System (DAQ) installation, upgrade and troubleshooting.- Installation and troubleshooting of CCTV camera systems- Installation and troubleshooting NOV Rig Sense system.- Installation and troubleshooting NOV Block Control System.- Installation and troubleshooting of Automatic drilling systems.- Monitor any instrumentation or electrical equipment supplied by third party contractors to ensure suitability and compliance with statutory requirements.- Recommend modifications for instrumentation equipment and systems in order to enhance safety or improve performance.- Comply with the Company Safety Policy and procedures carry out planned safety inspections as requested and in accordance with policy.
