Scope of work • Technical support for ALU equipment 1660SM,1678MMC,1830PSS• Dealing with 1350OMS [operation and maintenance] [Management for families of SDH , ETH and OTN NE's]o Creation of complete services with various types  HO trails, LO trails, paths  OTN , PKT[ Ethernet ],WDM Services Protected and not protected services Regular backups are taken for all nodes and OMS server processes  Regular health check is applied for all NE's• Preparing change management requests [CR's] and applying the rules includes , such as :o Window duration, affected services, approval list... etc.• Checking the PERFORMANCE on weekly basis for SDH and ETHERNET traffic and make a proper analysis in case of bad performance • Managing tickets and FO engineers and FM engineers in cases of outages• Applying KPI's on team as for work orders, work flow and outages.• Preparing weekly and monthly basis reports for the complete network and sub networks including: trouble tickets, availability, work orders , equipment utilization and network utilization.• Preparing weekly and monthly basis reports for change requests as its status from approvals, status of implementation and sorting by type of CR.

commissioning of OMSN (optical multi service nodes) OMSN Nodes are 1660, and 1678MCC (metro core center). commissioning of WDM nodes (mainly 1830PSS photonic service switch). Make the acceptance for the previous equipments. Integration of the sites to be joined to the DCN. In case of Faults, troubleshooting is achieved without violating SLAs Dealing with S/W packages on the NEs and upgrading is achievable if necessary. Dealing with the OMS (optical management system) (UNIX server platform) to make the following:Constructing networks - Creating physical connections, paths and trails- Payload configuration-Trails and paths management and protections).

 Make the material study for the target of every project in company (VF, Mobinil and Etisalat) so that to satisfy the project needs with respect to the budget possibility.  Follow up with the project and purchasing Department to get the required special materials in the time window needed. Make a sub weekly inventory on the material system to make sure no shorts or out of stock will happen in any item. Follow up with the workshop to finish the steal work needed for the sites

Main Tasks: Construct GSM BTS sites from Zero Point to RFA (ready for acceptance) (telecom and civil work). Building shelters, stub towers and Masts Constructing power system, grounding system and RF system for BSS sites Install and commission of antennas and Feeder works using equipments as Anritsu Site Master900 Upgrading of Existing900MHZ sites to work in 1800MHZ and 3G. Prepare As Built documents for sites before and after modifications. Continue for site processes from preliminary acceptance till final acceptance through clearing snags process. Install and upgrade and accept more than 250 sites for Vodafone Egypt. Side Tasks: Manage a team of telecom technicians to finish the site work with least time and best performance. Organize and coordinate with technicians, drivers, warehouse keepers, site management and The Client.  Interaction with site problem appearance to avoid customer penalties. Follow up with the documents needed for the prelim. Acceptance and the final Acceptance till the site is RFI(ready for invoicing) .
