Responsible for onsite operations for Triple Play services inside gated compounds and hotels. 2nd-line customer support. Implementation, optimisation, and maintenance of the access layer network and all customers’ CPE to guarantee high-quality service. Coordinate and follow up with concerned departments such as customer service and call center, warehouses, Triple Play sales team and developer’s onsite IT teams to ensure the smooth onsite operation. Perform professional level of onsite troubleshooting for individual issues or global issues from physical layer to services layer on both customer side and DC side working with multi Vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei)
