Job Responsibilities:- Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for customer engineers on network operations.- Enhancing performance by automating similar planned activities by developing scripts.- Services provided include professional configurations, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting RCA, auditing, designing, and solution architect.- Develop reporting using python scripts. - Evaluating live network to consider existing case models and build MOPs accordingly.- Implement network upgrades in Cell and Core routers, including hardware and software configurations, to meet increased capacity demands.- Preparing network sanity checks and performing network touches as per customer process.- Interface the customer for all technical issues.- Revise requested materials compared to design and survey documents.- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure timely resolution.- Implement DCN design for all new integrated microwave systems.- Interface the customer and provide weekly statistics reports for all the network problems with suggested solutions.- Effectively handle open technical tickets, demonstrating strong transmission problem-solving skills to provide prompt and efficient solutions.- Integrate and Commission Transmission systems (Optics and Microwave equipment).

- Revise requested materials compared to design and survey documents.- Conduct comprehensive training programs for subcontractor’s engineers and field teams.- implement DCN design for all new integrated microwave systems.- Provide detailed plans and recommendations to address network problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure timely resolution.- Interface the customer and provide weekly statistics reports for all the network problems with suggested solutions.- Effectively handle open technical tickets, demonstrating strong transmission problem-solving skills to provide prompt and efficient solutions.- Manage field teams with planning integration activities.- Integrate and Commission Transmission systems (Optics and Microwave equipment)- Perform Line of Sight and survey tests with preparing related documents.

• Responsible for installation, commissioning and acceptance of Transmission Systems (Mini-Link TN), 2G BTS (RBS2116 & RBS2216) & 3G BTS (RBS3216, RBS3206).• Planning & Performing Preventive Maintenance Plans.
