- Grow sustainable revenues from existing relationships and through acquisition of new customers in line with the Bank's risk appetite and policies.-Structure credit facilities to provide optimum balance between customer requirements, Bank's interest and risk appetite, providing decisive responses to customers where interest and/or appetite is not aligned.Preparation of credit proposal including full study about the company’s financial statements (which required spreading, credit and financial analysis), management performance, capital structure, collateral and cash flow to realize the amount needed and the repayment period of the loan.- Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable levels.
