Installing Oracle ERP system on site , training the stuff of each module( IT, sales , warehouse ,Hr ,...ect) nd then support over 200 sites from premises for 24 hours .

it was an internship and i got qualified and passed the first level of cloud computing and big data analytics by EMCC doctors

in my graduation project i was the one responsible to divide the project into tasks and give every task a certain time , I distributed the tasks among my team according to their capabilities and i was encouraging them to work hard and stick to the schedule and to make sure they are working just right , I encouraged everyone to make a documentation every week to tell the rest of the team about the continuous work in his tasks.I was the one responsible of dealing with the doctors and TAs at all time to notify them about the progress in the team and to ask about anything we need, i dealt with outside real workers in our project fields to ask about what was already on the market to make the best use of the project and finally i made the full project documentation and presentation that we delivered about the whole project , In the final discussion i was responsible about any question comes from doctors and TAs about the project and its phases. and we got (A+)
