Responsible for the safe work level that guarantee the safety of all personnel and equipment in sites.· Perform conference meetings with all my company relevant parties: Rig field supervisor, Rig STP, Mechanical and Electrical maintenance departments, Transportation Mgr., Catering Mgr. to evaluate thesituation regarding safe operations.· Lead regular weekly and monthly meetings with all clients to ensure that safe operating procedures and conditions are being maintained.· Share safety flashes with all Rigs, followed by the lessons learned.· Ensure that stocks needed for well control safe operations are already maintained as a priority, plus all other stocks for operating mud pump, circulating and hoisting systems.· Perform regular visits to well sites to ensure that all regulating standards are followed and safe work level is being provided.· Ensure that all checklists for all key personnel are being maintained and followed.· Ensure that all manuals and maintenance schedule are being followed.· Coordinate with key personnel of different clients in Egypt and abroad, whenever tenders are delivered.· Responsible for gaining Client satisfaction by quick Positive responding.· Engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.· Offer friendly and efficient service to clients, handled challenging situations with ease.· Managed team of employees, overseeing hiring, training and professional growth of employees.· Use Rose Plot technique in order to clarify the performance of every employee in the drilling Rig crew members, finding the gaps and areas of improvement.· Monitor the performance of all green hand roughnecks, giving the support they need and filling their technical gaps.· Contributed as a Team leader for several commissioning new contracts at governmental Companies.· Identify the Fundamentals of the Training Process.· Design and Plan Effective Training Sessions.· Develop Different Instructional Strategies.· Develop and Deliver Training Sessions.· Assess and Evaluate Training Sessions and Learning Outcomes.
