Amr has been one of the pioneers in the online marketing industry in Egypt with a vast experience both on the client and agency sides acting last as the GM of HUG Digital (AKQA) of both Egypt and KSA operations in addition to working with multinationals and leading Egyptian Real estate developers in Egypt, KSA, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, London & Switzerland which brought him a vast experience in dealing with different industries and a diverse portfolio of deliverables. In his career in the Online marketing industry Amr was sure getting his hands dirty in learning every aspect of the business. Being the head of the online marketing departments in companies such as Orascom Development Holding, SODIC and Emaar Misr during which he has been the sole leader of award winning projects in addition to managing successful online campaigns. For over 10 years now he has been responsible for all online marketing activities for local and multinational companies starting from email blasts and websites development to social media development/management , online campaigns with giants such as Google and Yahoo and development of mobile apps.
