• Overall Responsibility:Provide vision, operational, technical and strategic leadership in the management and further development of e Learning services, projects and activities of the NMC e Learning Unit.Main.
• Lead and manage the e Learning Unit including all aspects of staff management, recruitment, appraisal, staff development, scheduling of work and discipline.
• Devise, design and build innovative, aligned and effective solution to emerging problems and needs in the e Learning Unit.
• Plan and prioritize the workload of the e learning staff. Organize team meetings, appraisals and staff development sessions to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Unit.
• Encourages and facilitates continuous process improvements within all NMC departments.
• Collaborate with the different NMC departments to determine their needs from the Unit and prioritize these needs.

Foundation and creation of e-Learning solution.Establishment of e-Learning Unit.Foundation of e-Learning library.Hiring of e-Learning team.

Training of the NMC Pharmacists.TNA, design and implement training courses to improve the pharmacy crew performance. The training courses includes both technical and skills training (Drugs Information - Cases Management - Selling Skills - Customer Service.....etc.).

Training of more than 1200 induction pharmacists and qualify them to met the Nahdi requirements in terms of pharmaceutical Knowledge ( Health & Wellness and Beauty Care )Transfer the the evaluation process of all of the pharmacy crew from written to e-evaluation.
