Re-design and enhance the current training materials and programs through auditing, analyzing and updating in order to match new concepts and to ensure maximum utilization of the resources. Deliver development opportunities for the target audience to ensure the fulfillment of the development needs. Develop and enhance the knowledge bank with the latest learning trends and knowledge through the participation in scientific events and making sure that is updated with the latest scientific discovers, knowledge and trends to give it a competitive knowledge within the market. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and coordinate and support all departments in regards to scientific reasoning and best practices in order to support the decision making process for business development opportunities.
