• Manage all activities related to business development, sales and marketing in the MENA & Indian Regions and deliver the expected growth and profit.• Ensure a complete understanding and monitoring of the customer needs; guarantee timely replies to customer requirements and implement supportive measures• Screen the markets and set-up appropriate distribution channel• Identify and evaluate existing distribution network and sales leads• Setting-up long-term relations with performing distributors; ensure smooth and transparentcommunication and information flow with distributors: get appropriate feedback fromdistributors regarding sales per accounts; competitors’ activities, forecasts etc.• Implement the strategies defined in collaboration with the Distribution Channel Managerand develop tactics in order to improve the sales, the growth and the profitability in the territory.

Responsible for developing overall strategy which may include account planning and tactical implementation to build access, partnership opportunities to advance the business and pull through marketing initiativesEnsure implementation of 12 month and 5 year business plans to meet sales and profit goals through new business and product initiativesContributing to developing and implementing overall regional Value and Access and pricing strategies for the respective disease area products in line with the region’s targetPartner with Professional, Consumer and Access Marketing to develop and prioritize content for pull through in multiple channelsLead the assigned program/activities and responsible for the good results in align with the plan - Could independently coordinate with marketing team to implement assigned PR programs and meet their goalsEnsure compliance standards are met or exceeded in all brand activities and programs.Advise on the best channels to resonate with target market (eg Remote Detailing, Rep Triggered Email, Campaign mail, social media, web content, display advertising etc)Motivate the Sales and Marketing teams, providing leadership, strategic direction and drive in pursuit of demanding targets and objectives, continually monitoring progress and taking corrective measures where necessaryWork closely with creative team to coordinate campaign strategy and draft encouraging content and meets objectives.Communicate campaign insights - resolve overall value of campaign i.e. if it drives new customers to website does this correlate with a boost in market share
