The VP Projects directs the successful completions of cross functional projects while controlling costs and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.Role:• Manage activities of staff (i.e., hires, trains, appraises, rewards, motivates, disciplines)• Ensure project delivery within quality, schedule, and budgetary guidelines while minimizing scope changes• Maximize utilization/productivity of assigned resources• Development and execution of project governance for all projects• Prepares monthly project dashboard reports for executive management• Review and adjust project schedules based on established priorities and available resources• Collaborate with management to determine priorities• Negotiate with upper level management for resource allocation• Review completed projects and document process and issues for future use on similar project initiatives• Perform other duties as assigned
