My focus is on innovating Human Resources strategies and channels to implement creative, impactful projects that drive this new era at Sunrise Kitchens.Beyond my organization, I am an active voice for change in the kitchen cabinet manufacturing industry. Through the CKCA, I mentor and support manufacturers across Canada, championing best practices and growth. I also collaborate with local schools to inspire and mentor students, encouraging them to pursue careers in woodworking and manufacturing.In 2020, my commitment to innovation in people and culture was recognized by the Wood Manufacturing Council with the Innovation in Human Resources Award.
