CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: • Understanding the requirement of client and find suitable candidate as per requirement of client. • Resolving escalated issues. • Developing & maintaining good relationship with clients. • Fulfillment of the given requirements within stipulated time period. HR RECRUITMENT: • Evaluate, scrutinize, screening, short-listing and profiling the resumes of the candidates for the respective position being served to client. • Taking preliminary interview of candidate before sending to client. • Responsible for placement cycle from sourcing candidates unto organizing interviews with clients and leading to closures unto certain level. • Selection and Recruitment of candidates through local database, job portals and head hunting. • Prepare schedules for interviews and sending to client. • Responsible for recruitment, scheduling interviews, screening resumes based on competency and skills. • Creating job posting. • Close coordination with client and candidates on interview schedule. • Negotiating salary with selected candidates. • Continuous follow up with client and candidates. • Preparing notes of candidates profile to be sent to client.• Responsible for developing and executing tactical sourcing strategies, solutions & campaigns aimed at generating candidate flow that meet diversity, gender, alumni, and overall recruiting goals• Developed custom research & target competitor lists that create competitive advantage and build candidate pipelines for current & future staffing needs.• Raising invoices for all the closures for the whole team and keeping a track of the same.• Responsible for the invoices to be sent to client.• Following up with various clients regarding the due collectables and ensuring that the collections are recovered with the set time limit.Specialties: Client handling,Team Management,Recruitment
