My role is to lead the Human Resources (HR) function for the organization and be responsible for protecting and building the HR Capital within the organization by strengthening/devising robust systems & processes.Key responsibilities include employee engagement, talent sourcing, training & development, compensation and benefits management, HR planning & budgeting.
