Managing a team of twelve people with main focus on projects related to Compliance Assessment of Schlumberger tools and instruments globally.• Responsibility 1. Managing a team of 24 personnel for Technical Projects related to Electrical and Electronics component management in Schlumberger.2. Assess all Schlumberger tools and equipment for RoHS and WEEE directive compliance. 3. Assess all Schlumberger tools for Conflict Minerals usage according to law created by USA.4. Work with Subject Matter Experts of various Schlumberger center to convert Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) to comply with RoHS Directive.5. Set up and sustaining process to analyze RoHS Compliance of all tools in whole Schlumberger. 6. Train Schlumberger Personnel (Sustaining Engineers) on RoHS and WEEE Directive.7. Recruit diploma holders for the role of Component Designers and engineers for the role of Sustaining Engineers for past 1 year. ( Including Electrical and Mechanical Profile)8. Create and sustaining a new report template by introducing MS Excel macro.

• Responsibility 1. Manage Production and Repair of a Seismic Auxiliary tool at a 3rd party manufacturer.2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to determine field failure of the tool.3. Work with Sustaining team to reduce the failure rate of the tool in the field. Failure rate reduced from 6% per month to 2.3% per month4. Implement Preventive Maintenance Plan at the field, as well as at the repair center to reduce product failure. 5. Conduct projects to reduce repair cost of tool.6. Conduct Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce failure during production process.7. Create VSM to streamline production process and reduce waste.8. Conduct small projects to implement Poka Yoke in the design of the tools.9. Work with Engineering team in conducting DFMEA for next generation tool.10. Work with Supply chain team in reduction of cost and lead time.11. Work with 2nd tier suppliers to increase quality of sub process and raw materials.12. Work with Planning team to plan regular production and manage forecasts of production and repair. 13. Work with Quality team implement Quality Control Plan of the tool at 3rd party manufacturer.14. Set up a repair center in-house at Oslo Technology Center for the first time to transfer the knowledge of the product.15. Create Work Instruction and Procedures to standardize repair process in-house.
