As a Recruiter at Tundra Technical Solutions, I leverage my HR and marketing skills to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various Engineering and IT roles. I work with a team of recruiters and account managers to understand the client's needs and deliver the best talent in a timely and efficient manner. I also use social media platforms to promote Tundra's brand and attract potential applicants.I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Calgary in 2022. My educational background shaped a growing interest in implementing equitable and inclusive programs and opportunities within the city. This experience has furthered my interest in social and mental wellness, specifically in vulnerable communities. Currently, I am volunteering with non-profit organizations that prioritize mental health knowledge and services, such as South Asian Youth Mental Health (SAYMH) and Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS). I am very passionate about bettering the mental and physical health of my community, and I am hoping to find work that aligns with my values and educational background, where I can make a positive impact.
