Quality Control Technologist & Test Technician
Current•Formulate quality assurance procedures by initiating process improvements having analyzed control data quality to penetrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the given assurance.•Support the initiatives of other departments in understanding the fundamental causes of quality and working towards its perpetual enhancement by applying best practices.•Perform risk analysis to determine possible quality issues and identify mechanisms that will help avert or resolve such problems.•Coordinate interdepartmental activities and procedures with the quality department ensuring that standards and procedures are followed consistently across all departments of the organization.•Undertake statistical analysis of quality control data in order to understand the nature and occurrence of events for proper decisions to be made to measure performance and improvement purposes.•Take appropriate actions to prevent the recurrence of the specific quality issues found during the problems while propagating the need to maintain a satisfactory level with all regulations of the industry.•Be involved in activities directly related to improving the quality of the supplied materials and components such as evaluation and audit of suppliers of raw materials and components.•Run in-house seminars and workshops on quality assurance geared towards equipping personnel with understanding of quality principles and instilling quality movement.•Create and ensure implementation of a quality management system complying with quality control standards which encompasses control of documents along with their alterations and ramifications.• Formulate quality requirements, specifications as well as test protocols and support product development projects for assurance of quality and compliance with regulations from idea phase till the product is on the market.
