I ensure these projects are delivered on time and within budget across diverse sectorsIn addition to my title, I also take on responsibilities typically associated with a Deputy Planning Manager, overseeing planning processes, strategic decisions, & team coordination.Project Scheduling: Utilizing Primavera P6, Asta PowerProject, & Microsoft Project, I create & manage detailed schedules, identify critical paths, & set milestones.Resource Allocation: I align resources—labor, materials, equipment—with project demands, coordinating closely with stakeholders.Risk Management: I proactively identify risks & implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines remain intact.Process Automation & Implementation: I establish & automate processes using AI & Power BI, driving efficiency & accuracy in planning & reporting.Advanced Data Analysis: I track project performance using advanced data analytics, including Earned Value Management (EVM) & other key metrics, to forecast outcomes & inform decisions.Strategic Communication: I convey complex information clearly to align stakeholders with project goals.Coordination: I synchronize efforts across design, procurement, & construction teams to maintain adherence to schedules.Reporting & Compliance: I provide regular updates to senior management & ensure all planning activities meet industry standards.Continuous Improvement: I continuously analyze project outcomes to refine processes, improve resource allocation, & adopt new tools.This role is critical in supporting the successful delivery of high-quality projects, driving continuous improvement & alignment with Kapitol Group’s ambitious strategic goals.
