As the covid-19 situation has normalized globally, marketers have been leaning towards conventional ways of hosting events. In-person/physical events has been one of the most obvious options.Simple Webinar - Devised a simplified event creation/curation flow and a sophisticated attendee experience. It is aimed at reducing effort for users who would host frequent but small events.On-demand Webinar - Prepared proposals for an ideal attendee experience of an on-demand webinar and an easy creation/curation flow. When events cannot be hosted or content be consumed live, marketers may want an ever-green webinar experience.Designed experiences for Airmeet's video editor and AI based video summarizer that will help organizers to not depend on external tools for editing their media content as well as create instant brief write-ups on the same.

The following problems/features have been addressed by me so far:Reduce Complexity - The attendee feedbacks, customer feedbacks, NPS scores and G2 comments suggested that the platform was possibly complex and put a lot of cognitive load on the first time user (attendee). We conducted an in-depth user research and managed to identify 5 major issues. We took necessary steps and managed to resolve majority of them.Unified Profile - Responsible for designing the UX for unified profile feature. It aimed at providing the marketers a comprehensive data sheet of a lead in a particular event and across past events. It proved to be a vital feature for marketers to analyze their leads by focusing on a few KPIs like event engagement score, time spent during event, session engagement, activities performed etc.Mobile Web | Mobile App | iPad App - Contributed actively in the team that was in charge of making it possible for Airmeet to be supported on mobile web, mobile apps, and iPad apps.
