• Serve as a representative of the organization to community members and partner organizations • Plan events that promote civic engagement, with a focus on grassroots advocacy efforts• Collaborate with local and statewide political figures on electoral and legislative priorities• Manage and create content for social media channels and email campaigns• Oversee intern program, including hiring, training, and managing as many as three interns per quarter

• Process donations to the 501c(4) and PAC arms of the organization using multiple databases including Convio, Nation Builder, and Raiser’s Edge• Manage scheduling for executive team members• Communicate with board members and donors• Assist in event planning, with a focus on large scale fundraisers

• Maintain record of the board, manage minutes of every board meeting, and distribute minutes of meetings to every board member shortly after each meeting• Ensure effective management of the organizations records• Participate in the planning and execution of events and workshops put on by the organization

• Facilitating a specific curriculum for children aimed at helping them with their mental and emotional growth, all while utilizing patience, warmth, and a non-judgmental attitude• Carefully planning and implementing strategies on how to work with children to cope with their anger, aggression, etc. • Assist on Client intake paperwork regarding, but not limited to, school transfers and transportation options

• Assist and support clients with everyday shelter needs including basic needs• Ensure completion of necessary maintenance, repairs, and overall cleanliness of the shelter• Provide orientation, house tour, welcome kits, and graduation gifts to all residents• Enforce shelter policies and procedures with all residents

• Attend weekly trainings on various topics relating to sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking • Host educational workshops on how to support survivors, rape culture, and healthy vs. unhealthy relationships• Assist in the planning of events such as Take Back the Night, The Clothesline Project, and Girls Conference OC

• Process applications for international students in the English as a Second Language program• Advise students, parents, and travel agents on housing information and resolve questions or concerns• Assist in the planning and execution of programs for residents while working collaboratively with Resident Advisor team• Regularly work with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and UCI specific programs
