I am a LEADER. I create a cohesive team that strives toward one goal. I spend time coaching other employees on our vision and goals. I run my position as if it were my own business and I strive to give each member a positive experience. I am a COLLABORATOR. In a team environment, it's imperative to use every person's talents to build a successful business. I encourage each employee to bring new ideas to the table and stay open to new thoughts. The old saying "two heads are better than one" rings true in my leadership style. I am an INNOVATOR. I am a one-person think tank! I love brainstorming and taking one little idea from a seed to huge heights. I thrive in an environment that facilitates big thinking. I am an EDUCATOR. I often have the opportunity to speak on a variety of topics. I've directed children's choirs, taught piano, and now I get to go into classrooms and teach students on all aspects of financial literacy! I offer classes to groups and businesses regarding fraud, identity theft, Banking 101, and more. If you'd like me to come speak to your group, please let me know!I am INVOLVED. I perform with theater groups in town (singing and dancing? No problem!). I'm a supporter of the arts, but I also network in other ways. I'm involved with Olympia Family Theater, Toastmasters, and more.
