Led the North America Middle Office Product Development and Operations teams in supporting a 9-figure asset portfolio. Consulted with clients to analyze their existing operating models, challenges, and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. Acted as product lead in roadmapping and designing custom Middle Office solutions. Additionally contributed to design, evaluation, and oversight of the company’s Analyst and Internship programs.

Led a 17-person team across all client-facing aspects of a large-scale implementation project for the world’s leading hedge fund. Accountable for managing the client relationship and solution acceptance, in addition to troubleshooting, change management, and process execution. Oversaw the project lifecycle from initial gathering of project requirements through strategic planning, implementation, and testing.

Project managed the integration of PNC Institutional Custody business, in charge of developing a conversion program and protocols for more than 100 time-sensitive client account migrations, Managed a team of 6 in creating project plans, tracking tools, and review sessions, and coordinatedamong 30 operational and front office divisions to address pre- and post-conversion tasks and issues.

Developed client and revenue growth strategies across multiple service areas, maintaining over $20M in revenue through client engagement, account reviews, and due diligence. Oversaw regular contract reviews and extension negotiations. Project managed the RFP, bidding, and closing process for a key client outsourcing initiative, earning a promotion from assistant to VP-level.

Conducted business process assessments and gap analyses to determine client requirements; responsible for developing policies, procedures, and risk controls. Facilitated definitions and validation of system codes for processing transactions. Assisted with new site implementation and training.
