I love to help people find more purpose, joy, and balance in their lives. After struggling with work-life balance and feeling burned out, I took time to focus on my mental and physical health and founded a company to help others to do the same. Many see this as a big “jump” from my 20+ years of experience in banking and finance, but in many ways, both experiences align with who I am at my core:1️⃣ I am a problem solver. As a wellness entrepreneur, I help leaders care for their teams and build camaraderie through wellness initiatives such as mindfulness and stress management. This requires a strategic understanding of the clients’ challenges and needs and delivering their definition of “success”.2️⃣ I am a people person. Building relationships with clients and teammates, coaching, and mentoring fill my cup. As an introvert, I am great at listening which has really has helped me to build a good rapport with others and build trust.3️⃣ I need to continuously learn and grow.Throughout my life and career, I have learned that the most important skills are emotional intelligence, active listening, clear communication, collaborating cross-functionally, embracing diversity, thinking clearly under pressure. Seeking opportunities that challenge my comfort zone is the way to continue growing and building on those powerful skills.Outside of work, you can usually find me practising yoga/meditation, listening to a podcast, or gathering with friends and family.
