Spirited Natural was founded by Kaylan Bartholomew, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Hatha Yoga Instructor. Spirited Natural offers private and group health coaching programs, yoga and meditation classes, corporate wellness workshops and retreats and kids yoga. The programmes are personalised to the individual/ company and tailored to meet their specific health and wellness goals.
