Duties/Responsibilities:1. Installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange servers and Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and other related services.2. Managing email accounts, mailboxes, distribution groups, and public folders in Exchange.3. Managing user accounts and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.4. Configuring and managing security and compliance features in Microsoft 365, including data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, eDiscovery, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).5. Monitoring and troubleshooting Exchange servers to ensure high availability, performance, and security.6. Designing and implementing Exchange server backup and recovery strategies.7. Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as patching, updates, and system optimization.8. Creating and enforcing Exchange-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry and organizational standards.9. Managing Exchange-related security controls, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and spam filters.10. Providing end-user support and training on Exchange features and functionality.
