Following extensive experience in organisational development, organisational transformation and human resources and with over 20 years experience in general management consulting in the large global arena (both public and private sector) and locally in the Government and University sectors, Anne Marie has moved to senior governance roles.Special interests include:- governance and risk- executive development and leadership- organisational restructure and work and job design- business strategy and implementation- organisational change - planning, leading and implementingI am also a professional counsellor and coach with tertiary qualifications in counselling, and organisational and business management.I specialise in intractable and difficult to diagnose organisational performance problems where insight into the performance of individuals or teams is needed and practical solutions recommended. I specialise in inculcating an appreciation of strategic and opertional risk and how to create value by managing with an appreciation of an organisation's ability to mitigate and manage risk.I have worked and currently work in the Health and Welfare sectors, the Not for Profit sector, tertiary and vocational education, Defence and in manufacturing.
