Our mission is to generate the public and political will to end global poverty. Our advocacy efforts are focused on areas which are underfunded, cost effective and have high-impact that make a real difference. Our grassroots advocates tackle a pressing poverty issue each month. We educate ourselves about the issue and then create real change by taking action. Our actions are strategic and can include writing a letter to or meeting with an MP or Senator on the issue to encourage them to take action. Over more than 25 years our grassroots members have achieved amazing results for the world’s most disadvantaged people. In the last decade alone our efforts have helped direct hundreds of millions of lifesaving dollars towards effective health, education and microfinance programs worldwide.
