Main Role (Overall Accountability):Responsibilities will include performing middleware application configuration and administration, liaison work with application management teams to ensure best practices and liaison work with Bank’s information Technology groups to ensure OS and hardware availability. Project work and analysis will include implementation of best practices across a number of proprietary and commercial middleware applications.- Perform or coordinate all required monitoring activities for the supported networks and systems, including operation of utilities to support customer system and data implementations. Responsible for maintenance and emergency response outside of normal business hours as necessary to maintain general network health and/or upgrades.- - Responsible for involving resources outside of Operations when necessary to resolve incidents.- Implement and manage security processes (both technical and procedural) to ensure uninterrupted operations and to comply with Bank and data privacy policies.Principal Accountabilities:1.
