What I do: manage a team of occupancy/site planners and asset managers for The Boeing Company, focused on the St. Louis portfolio (over 9 million square feet of owned/leased space). The occupancy/site planning team works with business units to develop plans for their manufacturing, warehousing, and office needs as they change over time, including rearrangements, moves, and new buildings. We facilitate the creation of budgets and a forward-looking plan for space needs, direct our brokerage partners on property/site searches and negotiation of terms and conditions, and bring plans/budgets through the governance process.
