Amy has over twenty-two years of experience in public accounting. She has a technical tax background with an emphasis in partnership, individual and corporate tax as well as extensive experience with high net worth individuals and estate planning. Amy leads the Oregon Region Private Clients practice and devotes a majority of her time to providing tax planning, trust accounting, estate planning and tax preparation in multi-state environments to our high net worth clients, executives and family owned businesses. In addition, Amy has worked closely with our closely held business owners and their advisors to provide tax consulting services such as S-corporation distribution planning, ownership transition and exit strategy planning and overall estate planning. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Oregon State University and she is currently a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Estate Planning Council of Portland and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.Specialties: Income tax for closely held businesses and their owners, trust & estate tax, gift tax, estate tax & ownership succession planning.
